Homecoming Week 2019 starts Monday, September 23. Themed dress days, lunch games, and evening activities will culminate with the assembly and football game on Friday and the homecoming dance on Saturday, September 28. Pictured here is last year’s senior class at a previous assembly.

Homecoming week is two weeks away, and the events have been announced!

  • Monday, September 23 is Marvel Monday. There will be a photo booth set up during lunch ($1 per person) and a staff/student volleyball tournament 6:30-9:30 p.m. at the UT gyms ($20 team entry fee, 5 cans admission fee).
  • Tuesday, September 24 is Character/Jersey Twin Day, take your pick! There will be karaoke during lunch ($1 per song)  and a showing of the movie “Aladdin” from 7-9 p.m. in the auditorium (5 cans of food which will go towards the Hunger Drive)
  • Wednesday, September 25 is Class T-Shirt Day. There will be an apple eating contest during lunch and powder puff at the panther pitch from 7-9 p.m. (5 cans of food which will go towards the Hunger Drive)
  • Thursday, September 26 is Sleeping Beauty Day (Pajama Day). There will be a dunk tank during lunch ($1 for 3 throws) and fun night from 7-9 p.m. at the panther pitch (5 cans of food which will go towards the Hunger Drive)
  • Friday, September 27 is Spirit Day. The homecoming assembly will be at 11:15am, followed by the parade in East Moline at 2 p.m. and the varsity football game at 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, September 28 from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. in the UT Commons is the dance. Tickets are $10 per person and will start selling next week.

For all night activities and for the dance, make sure to bring your student ID in order to get in!
