Testing season is here! The freshmen, sophomore, and junior classes are getting ready to take the PSAT or SAT tests this week. All students will attend for a regular day of school on Monday, April 8th.

Juniors will take the SAT on Tuesday, April 9th. This test will be very important for the juniors while they begin to look into the college application process.  Juniors will be released at 12:40 p.m. with the buses running at 12:45 p.m.

Sophomores will take the PSAT 10 on Wednesday, April 10th.  Sophomores will be released from testing at 11:30 a.m. with the buses running at 11:35 a.m.

Freshmen will take the PSAT 9 on Thursday, April 11.  Freshmen will be released at 11:10 a.m. and the buses will run at 11:15 a.m.

The PSAT testing will help freshmen and sophomores experience similar testing conditions to the SAT.  All students should bring an appropriate calculator and two #2 pencils on their assigned testing day. Seniors will not have to attend school on any of the testing days.

The regular school day will resume on Friday, April 12 with all students in attendance.

Juniors have been preparing for this week’s SAT, including a free prep course offered by the school district either over spring break or the first two nights after break. These students are pictured in the evening class.
